Besides Shenmue 2 being on the orginal Xbox, Sega has mantained a relationship with Microsoft
Phil Spencer, head of the xbox division says this is the most requested game on Xbox
So it would make literally zero sense for them to not make it. Only question is will it be multiplat?
If Microsoft is money hatting the project, expect this Xbox One exclusive sometime in 2016/17
I've heard that this game has been in the works for a while now, and all this talk is just to throw people off
