The whole Chapter Black premise was cool as shyt. Not just anime, but more shows in general based on that kind of nihility.. is needed.

yyh been retired damn near forever now. meanwhile the dragon ball fan base got gt, kai versions of the og dbz, movies throughout the years, video games damn near every year, been on toonami for a min now, and now a brand new series.

Genkai rolling around in the Spirit World right now, smh the nerve of these Coli nikkas.
YYH’s storytelling blew DB’s out of the water and I’m a bigger DB fan. The characters were well developed as well. Hell, the fights were often better too.
The only reason why YYH wasn’t as popular as DB is because it’s less childish. YYH started on Adult Swim late nights (back with the OG Adult Swim line up; Pilot Candidate, Gundam 0083, Outlaw Star, y’all have no idea) before censorship on Toonami.
