Let me ask y'all ppl who feel this way....what could have the Knicks possibly have done to get an A this offseason? ....particularly if you have NO problem with the draft
Signed a VanVleet or Dragic and acquired shooters like Bogdanovic, Gallo, Bertans, Harris. Moved Julius Randle and Frank Ntilikina.

Atlanta had themselves a free agency.

I said COULD HAVE done...are you saying the Knicks had a chance at signing either of these players? Did you not see the deals Gallo and Bertans got? :beli:

If you had your way, we would've been the laughingstock of the league

If you're complaining about nepotism, just make your own thread :beli: There hasn't been a single terrible move this offseason

Man I’ve kept my complaints to a minimum. Like I use to go ham in these threads.

I’m just a prophet telling ya’ll what it is. This is how mob rackets move. It’s egregious and I don’t see it stopping.

The biggest issue the Knicks have had since Dolan took over is they are never focused on just winning. It’s always about making money or trying to not look bad.

Lol yeah they dubbed us that’s the point even with a new front office we can’t sell players on coming here.

Gallo and Bertans deal is what good players get. Mook got $64M. In this league you want good players you have to pay for them.

The Knicks were never going to win this season...so wtf r u talking about?

The biggest issue the Knicks have is swinging for the fences on some win now move when they have no capability to win now. And the fans who complain about this off-season are the reason why they do it. All these years they been doing bullshyt moves under the guise that NY fans can't sit through a rebuild.... They're being proven right with these asinine posts.

Gallo got 20 mil a year.
Bert and got 16 mil a year for 5 years.

How is doing this any different from what they did last year which you were one of the frontrunners of saying was a terrible off-season?

The moves we made don’t help us rebuild.

In what world is Alec Burks injury prone ass, egotistical ass Austin Rivers, bringing back non-shooting Elfrid Payton, washed bust MKG, low I.Q. and redundant Nerlens, a good free agency?

In what world is a PG who can’t penetrate a defense, is passive and mentally soft, fouls nearly 5 times per 36 minutes, and shoots under 40% a keeper? :lolbron:

U draft Obi Toppin you pretty much trade Randle for anything.

Stop being delusional dude.

Bro I am more pissed we signed a bunch of Kentucky players and CAA agents and brought back Elfrid Payton.

I am the first guy in this thread talking about rebuild. Literally I was saying that as soon as it was clear Phil fukked up the Noah/Lee/Rose off-season.

The fukk are you talking about :hhh:

I was actually optimistic last year I’m not doing that shyt again :lolbron:

Yeah, they got paid what the market and their production dictates. U think Bertans a 6’10 dude capable of running off screens that shot 43% from 3 on 9 attempts isn’t gonna get a bag? Gallo was a 19/5/2 player last season, 41% from 3 on 7 attempts. U have to pay for god damn near 20 point scorers.

Y’all don’t want to pay for good players same nikkas telling me FVV ain’t worth $20M y’all afraid to pay good players so scarred from the past and p*ssy

Also dude last year we gave Julius Randle the bag. Randle has always been a low I.Q. bully balling empty stats player. He’s not a defender, he’s not a shooter, he’s not a good playmaker. Completely different than giving lights out shooters money.

For the sake of R.J., Toppin, Robinson, Quickley we needed a veteran PG and shooters and we needed Randle’s ass traded.

We weren’t even close to signing any of those players and saw the Suns trade for CP3 in what I thought was a mediocre package. Ricky Rubio, Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque, a 2022 protected pick??

I don’t mind the CAA move. It’s been a minute since we’ve had stability in the front office. I’d like to see everyone on the same page for a change. Seems like we have a good development staff, coaching staff and the front office looks like they have good track records. It’s an upgrade from what we’ve had the past 6 years. Last time CAA was here we went to the playoffs or vying for playoff spots. Last time Woodson was here we weren’t a bad team.

Could've had Rondo or Dragic. Van Vleet wasn't leaving.
Don’t think dragon would’ve left Miami either. They got a good thing going down there with him being one of the key elements.

he’s not leaving a team that has the chance of competing every year where he gets significant minutes and he knows the system. :yeshrug:
