Is it a guarantee that Houston will have a better pick than ours? Didn't Twolves and Pels get top picks while entering into the playoffs? I'm not sure how it benefits us by trading 2 for 1 when it hasn't been decided where we land.

A top 4 pick is worth about 2-3 firsts. Maybe it’s just Wall and their pick for Knox and 19? Anyway, the Rockets would never do this.

Why would the rockets give up what is most likely going to be a really high pick just to get rid of wall
Because of his contract.
But for the right price, we should jump on that. The Rockets are going to be very bad for the next 3-4 seasons at the very least. So if we can get 2-3 of their first round draft picks for the next 3-4 seasons that’s a big win
