If he waited he can get 200m

I doubt there's another leap, but he can refine things in ways that help. Reduce the TO's per game, turn 6 FTA's a game into 8, and improve the FG's percentage just by a point or two (all possible thanks to better spacing and backcourt ball handlers)...you'll have small gains on the statsheet that improve the team.

This I definitely agree the most and hopefully Rj gets trusted with the O more, Kemba, and Fournier also add to taking the roc out his hands making him more of a finisher
