I think you underestimating the Knicks too much like some people underestimate us. They got a very good team and many players who fit the system. They won't be as good defensively as they were last year but they will be better on offense and the overall balance should help them more than hurt them. We gotta remember, their bench is generally how they beat teams. Especially since the Rose trade. I would say the east is a 6 team race. The same 6 teams from last year but everybody is much better outside of the champs and Philly.

Boston still got a couple of moves which can bring them into the convo and Chicago has to prove it first as we did and the Knicks did last year.

The Knicks aren’t a very good team. They are a limited team that had a good regular season and we’re exposed by us in the playoffs. Even if you believe that the Knicks get back to the #4 seed they didn’t add a star and they’re banking that Randle isn’t a flash in the pan, guys stay healthy and the young guys take the next step

you arent in the upper echelon of teams in the east. you are a level beneath nets, heat, bucks....and that's perfectly okay.
you spent off your cap space to have the depth to be okay with a few injuries considering most of that money was spent on wings...and the players hurt were wings. (bogdon, gallinari being the FA's you spent most of the money on)
