It's easier to emulate your game after an efficient SG who takes the most ignorant shots known to mankind than a walking triple double like Bron.

You just posted a gif of Kobe getting the ball with 3.6 seconds left in the quarter, no one else on the team even passing halfcourt by the time there was one second left, and you're trying to use that as an ignorant shot. maybe if the entire team didnt give up on the play, it wouldn't have been a fukking 5 on 1. :kobe8:

he really did idolize kobe

Zach LaVine is the NBA's new dunk king, but how would he stack up against King James?

In an interview with "SportsCenter" after his All-Star Saturday night dunk competition win, LaVine said he'd take himself in a one-on-one dunk-off with LeBron James.
"I never go against my own talent so I've got to say me," LaVine said.

It's easier to look at Kobe as someone you can aspire to be. He's a great athlete but his skills are stuffed he's honed through practice.

Lebron is pretty much a GOAT-tier athlete, almost inhuman. The things that make him special is stuff that you can't teach, so it's harder to emulate.

Kobe seems reachable, Lebron doesn't.

I noticed very few young players have Lebron as an idol. It's either Kobe, Durant or even Jordan (despite the fact that they never actually saw him play). I wonder why.

He's a physical freak and his game lacks aesthetics ....... hell I remember youngins yelling Wade when you budged into bigs and threw it up in the air

Now......
