This has long been my point.

Zach is going to play well out this shyt hole. This office doesn’t run mesh, rub or stack concepts. And only one starter from game. One remains in the offensive line.

Zach is the scapegoat

I'm not sure he'll get the chance to start somewhere else.

He's still awful

.

He will.

Im not the only one seeing whats going on. I trust my acumen.

I dont “sTAn”

He is going to have to prove that

He might be Matt Barkley, Josh Johnson status from here on out

He has mad work to do just work his way up to being a bridge QB!

:mindblown:

I’m willing to take that bet that he will never start anywhere else bar injury.
He certainly will. He clearly made the leap from skidding the ball into the dirt to being much more accurate. He’s third in the league and having to make tight window throws. More than Mahomes, and all the big-name quarterbacks. That is a scheme problem. He’s going to get a chance elsewhere, without question.

He’s thrown two interceptions in the last seven games. He doesnt make many “Thats a dumb ass throw” attempts. doing this whilem having receivers with the least amount of separation in one with the most drops in the league.

This is a young quarterback, with a lot of dysfunction around him That’s bigger than him.

We’ll talk about this a few years from now.

Zach will have a 12 year career as a backup. That's good. He's improved but will never be that guy which is fine.

He's definitely more humble and mature from last year so that will help when he is looking for another team as a backup next year

Not sure why there's such an argument over Zach Wilson. More than one thing can be true. Zach Wilson can be pretty bad, the play calling can be utter trash, and the team can be fukking atrociously constructed all at the same time time. While Wilson most definitely can be good somewhere else, there's already enough evidence to suggest that him being a Carson Went style headcase is possible. But there's also the possibility that he has a Geno Smith style resurgence if he goes somewhere who where he isn't dealing with expectations he's not ready for.

Ultimately, when people look back at this last few years once Saleh is gone (because, let's be real, that's probably not that far off into the future), they'll realize that this was a tragic case of a team truly buying its own hype too much. They were convinced that they were actually just a QB away, when it's looking like they were a QB, most of a WR core, an offensive coordinator, and offensive line depth away.
