What's the argument here? It's wildly known Zayn is a great in ring worker.

He's good, but spamming big spots and near falls just to get virgins to chant "This is awesome" gets stale after a while.

Zayn is the death of wrestling personified. Nothing gets worse than Sami Zayn.

He's bland to me, can put on an entertaining match but nothing else. He's as bland and as cookie cutter as they get and that's the wrong type for pro wrestling.

Guys like Val Venis and Gangrel will be rememered more than Zayn, not because they can spam big spots and do flippy shyt; but because of great gimmicks and memorable characters.

That's cool but does he even have a character? can he talk? is he drawing crowds? Why should I care about him?

Oh boi Anti-Smarks in TheColi, great. WWE's entire style of work is primarily high spots at this point. It's been that way since about 2011 now. As far as Zayn's character isn't that the point? He's supposed to be this bland underdog. That's been his gimmick for a long time. Lol at Venis and Gangrel having great gimmicks in the THUMBS UP era. Also who cares who's drawing? How does a star bringing in big numbers entertain you? No ones a draw today, the entire product as a whole is trash from a storyline perspective so casuals won't care to watch.

In terms of non gimmick matches, Naka/SZ is a top pick for my MOTY. That women's title match between Banks and Charlotte might give it a run tho

I would easily take Kang v Ambrose, a classic clinic which told a story over any of those matches
