It's a little different because the the NFL basically told itself the evidence is shotty and inconsistent and recommended no suspension. Goodell did it anyway, which any court would see as peculiar at best and biased at worst.

Yeah the fact that the judge told the NFL that they didn't even follow their own CBA makes this different from the Brady case. Should be interesting what happens now.

It's a sad day when well connected thugs get a temporary reprieve from the punishment they deserve. The league will have its day in court, this suspension will still be served and women's rights advocates will have their faith in this country restored.

I just don't see how the NFL could drop the ball again w/ an appeal to correct any potential wrongdoing on their part...it would be catastrophic

Most of the news & leaks has been from Cowboys sources & NFLPA which of course is biased

It's not biased, it's the just the facts of the situation. Witness testimony, insight from responding police officers, basically all the stuff the NFL omitted.
