You’re equating contributions with “caring” which is wrong. Europeans are getting killed on energy costs since they cut off Russian oil and gas. One woman on YouTube showed her energy bill almost doubled. They’re having to overhaul their entire energy infrastructure and that’s not cheap.

Yeah the US usually pays more every time theres a joint op but in this case Europe is getting hit hard by Russian sanctions.
