Hurting yourself and someone else hurting you aren't the same thingWhy do people think Zion will lose his athleticism if Westbrook didn’t? Is it because of his age and getting the surgery so early in his career?

I had a piece of mine removed in college just about the same time D-Wade did, after a football injury. Fantastic, renowned surgeon who had all sorts of pictures up of the various professional athletes he had worked on. I always regretted it. 2-3 year later when I tore the meniscus in the other knee, I said fukk it and never even went to the doctor. Both of them still bother me, but the one I got taken out gives me a lot more problems than the one I left alone. He got it done in college
And he regrets it, that's why he was always on that damn bike in Miami

Straight up clown show down there. Where is LaVar to make sense of this? Not sure what happened but it's not the weight![]()
Zions frame has supported his body for years. Factually, Zion would be nowhere near as explosive as he is if his frame couldnt support the weight. The weight part comes into play when it comes to his landings. He has a history of landing awkwardly that goes back to high school when he was chasing a highlight block. He couldve easily torn his meniscus on a bad landing in preseason/practice.Not sure what happened but it's not the weight![]()
I dont see what's difficult to believe about this. Smaller players have knee issues all the time. Steph, D'Lo, Lonzo, etc in the last 2 seasons alone. People jumped to the weight narrative as gospel with zero facts or firsthand knowledge of Zion's medical records to substantiate that claim. It's a myth until proven otherwise as far as I'm concerned. So the doctors believe his injury history is not weight related?? So if he was 225 he'd still be having the same knee issues??
Then Gentry goes out and says it happened in a game on Sunday, when Zion told them it felt tight in a game Wednesday. Why would Gentry make that statement??

I hear you, but they also said they're not sure what caused the injury though. So how could his weight/explosion be ruled out?I dont see what's difficult to believe about this. I would hope you would see those.... considering yall liked to respond to those posts saying "No he doesn't" and now the boy is out 8 weeks before the damn season can even get warm.... Maybe the boy could ACTUALLY benefit from losing some fukking weight, lol.
I could go either way on it. But I have to say, after seeing him cop an injury this fukking fast, the evidence has me leaning more and more towards it.
