Draymond hasn't had an "embarrassing season", he's just shot poorly; he's still been a game-changer on the defensive end (especially prior to his injury), and provided solid playmaking - he's been valuable in areas where his strengths lie. A lot of his other struggles stem from the defensive workload he's had over the last four seasons, coming back from injury, and pacing himself for the postseason.
But his offensive abilities were a definite feature GS came to rely upon...him not having that makes his performance an embarrassment compared to season past......:manny:

People forget that before KD came, Golden State had an offense that could keep cooking even when Steph was out, and Draymond was a huge part of that.

When Steph got hurt in the 2016 postseason, the Warriors won 5 of their next 7 against the Rockets and the Blazers, with Draymond averaging 19-11-8 to be #2 in scoring, #1 in rebounding, and #1 in assists on the team.

Even after Steph came back, Draymond averaged 17-10-6 on 49/41/78 shooting in the Finals. He was #3 in scoring while hitting at a much higher % than Steph or Klay, and led the team in rebounds, assists, blocks, and steals. With that 34-15-9 performance in Game 7, he was probably going to be the Finals MVP if the Warriors had pulled out the game.

Yet now he looks like shyt on the offensive end.

I really think KD coming to the Warriors hurt him. The narrative was all about whether Klay's chances would be affected, but it was really Draymond who was hurt the most. Not just that he's had shots taken away from him (which he has), but also that KD in a lot of ways kinda breaks their offense, and Draymond was both a major creator of an a major beneficiary of the elite, high-motion offense of that 2016 team.

It was almost like Dray stop trying offensively. He probably felt well since they got KD Defense his only job now. shyt weird. I never saw a decline in offensive production like this with no major injury ever.

People actually take that idiot @Gil Scott-Heroin seriously? :heh:

fakkit said he’d lock up Kareem :dead:
You say this as if you don't have a WOAT badge.... could you be any more transparent that you don't have any self-awareness, whatsoever?

:lolbron:

Wait you actually did say this didn't you? Please tell me he didn't call Dray the best defender of all time?:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:
I don't believe there's a single "best defender of all-time"; Draymond, however, is most certainly one of the best defenders to step foot on the court. Anyone paying attention and knows what they're talking about wouldn't contest that, especially since former players/coaches have said the same (you know the opinions of those whom this board values above all else).

But gon'head and carry on with y'all jokes, cause we all know y'all won't be wanting to joke around when June rolls around.

Norfeast groovin…
:russ: I don't know what games you're watching.

Laker games. :dahell:

As in the Los Angeles Lakers based in the state of California in the United States Of America on the North American continent in the Western Hemisphere of the planet Earth. :dahell:

We got Bron and as soon as he wears a Laker uniform, they treat him like Laron Profit. :dwillhuh:

I’ll be honest I thought they just hated Kobe. Refs out here treating LeBron like a glorified Wes Johnson. :mindblown:

Kevin Cutler has only played for the Lakers three games this year and he already has one of the best +/- on the team. At halftime Curry and Draymond each had as many fouls as their entire team had free throws. Where are the examples of the Lakers getting hosed on calls?
