Does Will Smith's death change the way you view b.o.b crime in NOLA? Is the city actually more violent than Chicago? The media says tourism is the reason why we don't talk about New Orleans the same way we talk about Chicago. Is one actually worse than the other? Or are both places too far gone?

Although i agree with the premise that black men should be more proactive in their communities. I personally think that the constant pushes to stifle black progression on both the national and regional level (that still go on this very day), the government's hand in thrusting black residents...
