I'm assuming some of y'all seen this before but I searched and didn't find a thread.

Imagine getting into a fight with that goofy motherfukker in the streets and thinking it's all good until you let your guard down and he turns your skull into a snare drum. :damn:

This one is GOAT

The shyt he pulls from 1:50 to the end :gladbron:

His name is Alan Kahn and he's written some of the classics on speed bag technique. He's a drummer so you can imagine where he picks up the rhythm and hand speed from.

I watched that 1st one the other day.
I was like :ohhh:
And started freestyling :jawalrus:

That shyt is FIRE

You legit could ask him for a beat and he'd probably be able to lay a different one down each time. :dead:

He was a drummer first so it makes sense he's so rhythmic with it.

Anyone who didn't watch, this is where the sickest combos were laid down, or maybe it's just the music:

i was lucky to see sugar ray leonard train in the 80's..along with my dad and uncle.
Ray was astonishing on the speed ball, i believe it was the best i've seen anyone on it.

My cousin David broke a speedball bag ..i was there to witness that too.
