If you are a grown man, changing a tire should be common sense. You actually shouldn't have to be taught how to do so once you reach a certain age.

how are u suppose to know if you dont own a car and your dad never showed u tho is that information suppose to be automatically instilled in your brain just for being born with a dikk? :why:

The same week I got my car my father showed me how to change my oil. The day I needed to flush my anti-freeze my father talked me through the whole process without lifting a finger.

What kind of men in ya'll family's not showing you how to work on cars?

:wtf: :what: What kind of sh!t is this? I saw a grown a$$ man boy earlier letting another man pull over and changed his tire for him while he stood off to the side like :lupe: texting on his phone. Dude looked to be at least around 26-30 years old. I mean, I've helped dudes do maintenance on their cars like oil changes and what not; It's not hard at all, but I could kinda understand some people not being sure how to do it, but not being able to change a tire is unforgivable :wow:

Be honest, how many of y'all don't know how to do simple maintenance / repairs on your own whips? :dwillhuh:
I pay for AAA and shyt so why get dirty doing that? I haven't changed my own tire since the early 2000s.

I can't change a tire.

I have a good idea of how to do it, and what's involved, but I've fortunately never been in a situation where I've needed to. Life or death situation I'd be able to struggle through it and learn.

Damn, America. I'm shocked to see so many male posters that can't change their own tire. I'm embarrassed that I can't diagnose a car problem just by listening to it as well as some people can, but you got dudes on here flaunting the fact that they don't have a clue about how their vehicles run.

I'm no mechanic, but you gotta be able to take care of your shyt yourself some times. These city folk, I tell ya...

My dad tried to teach me car stuff when I got my first car 10 years ago. Should have paid closer attention. I can barely find the dipstick to check my oil or hook up the battery cables for a jump. ( ._.)

My brothers did, and now they can go to the junk yard, scavenge for an alternator, and install it without any help from anyone (not even Dad). Of course they can change tire and check oil and fluids. They can do transmission stuff. It's awesome!
