After community support, what are Black owned banks and merchants held accountable for?

-If black people are the majority depositors, we have a leverage which would not be obtained at other institutes. (ie. Hire black or we pull out)
-The most important thing of all, retaining the money black people spend. Part of keeping the wealth in the community is to have a black banks.

Regardless of race, opening and closing bank accounts is not the easiest or most joyful experience, all banks knows this. Especially if you have different investments
You can't get black folks to "leverage" what businesses open in their community, their hiring practices, and the quality of food/services they offer, but black folks finna "leverage" a community bank hiring practices, while the bank is using your deposits for their benefits.

retaining the money in an account doesn't build wealth if the bank is not reinvesting that money back into the community
-providing better services, like lower rates, than banks outside of the community
-higher rates of loans granted to orgs and businesses that are actively investing in the community
-higher rates of housing loans granted to black folks
