At one point, I was doing a 5k or 10k every month. Even did one of those warrior race things. Highest Ive went is 15k at my height and I was ready to tap wit all of the hills & inner city routes. I'm cooked and washed now so fucc all dat. I would've been crying by mile 5-7 in your position so shout out to u for even finishing breh
I use to actually train for the shyts tho. Not dry running a damn thing. Had dem Nike training plans or whatever smart watch I'd have at the time (Polar, Garmin, Samsung Sport) and just do one of their plans.
