Show me where the "Ghost" character in "Power" is celebrated by the media in a similar fashion?
Where has been Ghost posed as a groundbreaking role-model?
The majority of Power's audience (black women) revile Ghost just because he left Tasha and
his family for Angela. He is largely unsympathetic and meant to represent the absolute worst in black male
life choices.

"So what makes She's Gotta Have It so exciting and timely?
This is a black woman—one who is still saddled by society's narrative of being hyper-sexualized and then disposable—that simply just won't settle, nor will she be shamed by her sexual choices. Nola is self-aware and remains determined to pursue pleasure and sexual gratification on her own terms. Nola enjoys dating, but she doesn't see it as her gateway to happiness, and her career, family, and closest female friends (played by Chyna Lane and De'Adre Aziza) have crucial roles in helping her define and sustain exactly who she is. And the fact that black women (Eisa Davis and Radha Blank) have written the majority of the episodes only lends itself to the sincerity and authenticity of the show.
We're long overdue seeing black women in this light—now let's keep this progress moving forward."
