If we ca keep Soliai and Starks along with Odrick and Vernon then Jordan can either be linebacker or be gone. I don't see him being Jason Taylor 2.0 like we hoped.

Too bad we gave up so much to get him but then again that was freakin Ireland. I'm willing to give the new GM some leeway to see what he can do.

I think they are trying to clear cap room. Joe knows he has one last year to produce so he'll take risks he normally wouldn't. besides i think Ireland was just infatuated with Jordan. The kid will be good but simply may not fit right now

Last year, the Dolphins nearly traded for Chiefs tackle Branden Albert. This year, they need only to make a deal with Albert himself.

Per a league source, all signs currently point to Albert signing with the Dolphins not long after the market officially opens on Tuesday.

Albert instantly would be installed as the left tackle in Miami, succeeding Bryant McKinnie. Who replaced Jonathan Martin. Who replaced Jake Long.

Like Long, Albert was a first-round pick in 2008. After his rookie contract expired, Albert played in 2013 under the franchise tag.

If/when (when) Albert leaves the Chiefs, it’s possible that right tackle Eric Fisher, the first pick in the 2013 draft, will flip to the left side. It’s also possible that Fisher will stay on the right side and Donald Stephenson, who started seven games last year, will play the left side.

Just saw that on Bleacher reports. Dude is supposed to be pretty good rom what i hear. Hope we can surround him with other pieces.

I'm still concerned about losing Soliai, tho. I'd love to improve our front 7 on defense but very few analysts think we can keep both Soliai and Starks.

Question for you guys: Are our Line-backers really as bad as they seemed last year or was this a scheme issue? Yeah I know we overpaid for them. Damage is done. 'm talking moving forward, are these guys worth keeping with other adjustments made or are we stuck with a horrible linebacking corps for the forceable future?

They were bad last year man. They should throw Jordan out there during camp.
