I think a better "punishment" for unpaid child support should be hours upon hours of community service. Either you get your wages garnished, or you gotta do cs.

I think that's actually a great idea. Community service, maybe whatever job training benefits that the state offers for people transitioning off of public assistance.

It's not up to the woman for him to receive jail time. It's the magistrate. I mean all states my have different process but if she is going through her local c/s office. They first have to file a contempt action if he's not paying. That can take a while to happen and to finally get a hearing. Usually he gets a chance to start making payments before the next hearing . If he doesnt, he can face further consequences. Like jail time. I'm in Colorado and most dudes in the county I worked for did not get jail time. Only the real dead beats who did everything they could to avoid paying. Doesn't mean the woman did the push for jail time on a dude who was struggling or didn't have the means to pay but loved his kids.

obviously the back support racks up and a warrant is issued. so now they get to throw them in jail. he's screwed and so is his seed. he will grow up without a father around and the cycle continues.

so many black men are avoiding having children altogether so they don't get into this situation, but this keeps the black population low, which makes it easier for whites to take advantage of.

Don't have kids if you can't have kids.
The Black population is continually growing, Black men having common sense and not getting any woman they meet pregnant isn't affecting the Black population.

There is a reason why in developed countries the birth rate declines as they "modernized". Having a bunch of kids is useful and beneficial when you're living say in an agricultural society as they can contribute in shared labor but that is not needed in a country like the United States.

Black folks need to get their shyt together and worry about if they have kids can they raise them to be good people. Not just how much seed they can spread. The supposed competition you're trying to win with white people , is won by quality of stock , not quantity. If black men are taking rational and intelligent introspection towards whether they are in a good position to have a kid and intelligently decide not to then we're moving in the right direction compared to the common alternative of busting in as many chicks as possible and not raising them.

They are satisfying all their personal luxuries while acting like the kid doesn't even exist. Make sure to have a big screen tv and fly clothes but the kid is looking homeless and living on WIC
