Criminals aren't dumb breh. They know that The police are under heavy scrutiny after that Freddie Grey debacle, and nikkas know it to. You have to be naive as hell to not think Criminals don't pick up on shyt like that. Hell after the tornado hit our neighborhood, nikkas was stealing copper out of folks homes soon as the sun went down. And the police ended up catching a shyt load of people from various neighborhoods over trying to do similar shyt, or steal shyt too.

yup, criminals arent stupid, you give em a inch they will take a foot

I just told you in so many words, I know how criminals think because I was around them. If you don't get it, I don't know what to tell you.

Also, you just said a tornado had people doing shyt, of course they did because the police had other things to do, and it was the perfect time to hit a lick. Nothing like that has happened in Baltimore, and the police have nothing taking up their time. You even wrote the police caught the people, and they were stealing not shooting, big difference. If the police aren't doing their job, its because they are being dikkheads, not because their hands are tied. There is nothing keeping them from arresting people, unless they want to hurt them, and now scared they will get in trouble for it.

I see y'all want to believe what you want, and I understand because y'all are squares who don't really understand the underworld, so you believe what you are told, but I'm telling you its not like that in most cases. The police can be just as dirty as the criminals, the criminals beef with each other, and know each other because shooters, and criminals know each other in some type of way being that they do business together, and most of the shyt happens from money, drugs, alcohol and just being bored. I was there, and lived it.

Y'all can go back to getting tricked, only to have blacks stay getting conned out of their areas, and businesses. Just like the shootings are up in Baltimore, why dont anyone post about the people whoare going to predominantly black schools there? Morgan State, and Coppin state have black students who are bettering themselves, but all I see is how fukked up Baltimore is. Its more of them then the criminals, but no talking about that. I hear how black womem are the lowest on here from too many, yet they are the highest educated out of all, but when that was brought up, it was still shyt talking happening in the thread, and i think there is more to be done, but the truth is still the truth, so I give props where its due.

I already know we are a lost people so its expected but it gets tiring to hear, especially when I know the con game that is being played because I lived the life, and not just read it or heard it in songs.

We don't understand the "underworld" but you nino fukking brown huh. Foh breh. them nikkas ain't stupid and all that shyt you talking bout is ass.

You never know, this is the internet! Lol.

Nah, I'm not Nino Brown, just knows how shyt goes down. The fact that you feel you have to be either Tom Brady, or Nino Brown, shows you have no clue.

I see y'all just ignored the thread on why the shootings are most likely happening. I guess it doesn't fit the narrative of "blacks killing blacks" for no reason, so you just go back to lalal land.
What a joke:scust:

So you really think people just shooting each other because police aren't arresting them? Do you know what a criminal is? There is a reason why they are called outlaws, they live out of the law, and do what they want. If they get caught, they get caught, its part of the game. They don't want to go to prison, but they aren't scared, especially when all you have to do is snitch with some of them.

Again, go back to what feels good to you. And just because you don't expect someone on here to know about this shyt, doesn't mean it's going to always be like that. I hope you get my point because I'm not going into it anymore.

BALTIMORE — Three more fatal shootings in this troubled city Sunday bring May's homicide count to 43, making it the most violent month in more than 40 years.

Police say two men were fatally shot in the head about 1 a.m. ET. About 11 a.m., a man was fatally shot in the back.

With 43 homicides, May is the deadliest month since the early 1970s, when 44 people were killed in December 1971 and 45 people in August 1972, according to the Baltimore Sun.

There have been 116 homicides in Baltimore in 2015. By this time last year, homicides hadn't hit triple digits. As homicides rose in May, the number of arrests plummeted. Some attribute the drop to increased scrutiny of police following the April death of Freddie Gray from injuries received in police custody.

In Baltimore, Police Commissioner Anthony Batts wrote a letter to community leaders Monday, acknowledging the disintegrating relationship between police and the community. He said the police would move "aggressively" to address the violence.

Baltimore, he wrote, is "in the midst of a challenging time. Following a period of civil unrest, we have been experiencing an increase of the pace of violent crime, most notably homicides and shootings."

Batts told the Sun last week that police have struggled to stop burgeoning violence since the death of Freddie Gray, 25, on April 19 set off days of protests in West Baltimore and prompted Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake to put the city under a five-day curfew. Gray died a week after police arrested him from injuries he received while in police custody. On May 21, a grand jury indicted six police officers in Gray's death.

An investigation by WBAL-TV found a 32% drop in arrests since the curfew. Police arrested 355 people after the curfew, compared with 522 arrests from March 2-8. The station's inquiry also found that homicide rates are up nearly 40% compared with last year.

In the 1990s, Baltimore routinely saw more than 300 homicides a year. The death toll dropped to 253 in 2002, under then-Mayor Martin O'Malley, who instituted a "zero tolerance" approach to crime.

Homicides rose in 2007 to 282 under then-Mayor Sheila Dixon. In 2011, under Rawlings-Blake, the city reached a low of 197 homicides.

Rawlings-Blake met last week with Batts and his staff about adjustments the police department is making to respond to the violence, the mayor's spokesman, Howard Libit, said.

The case for why Baltimore should pay murderous residents not to kill
http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...ay-murderous-residents-not-to-kill/?tid=sm_fb

yikes
These people in power are such lames. If they curb the heroin addiction, they curb the dealers, then that curbs the violence. Again, the month of may was the worse for Baltimore since the early 70's, and this month had the biggest heroin bust in NYC history, a place that supplies Baltimore with the work. Its clear as day what's going on, yet the squares just believe people are running up in peoples house, and killing them for no reason. Any person with some sense of the streets knows why, yet you have clowns writing articles like this.

When the shyt hit white neighborhoods, they go directly to the problem. When it hits us,they, along with other square blacks, just think its blacks killing each other because they are mad, or just naturally violent. This world is such a joke.
