Edit: I found one, but they just accredit the rise in shootings to the pharmacies that were robbed, and turf war, which I agree with, but its also connected to that huge heroin bust in NYC. I understand why they won't make that announcement, they need to keep quiet about it to get more leads, and informants. That was a BIG bust.
The base is the same though, the crime is coming from HEROIN LIKE I WROTE!

Those shootings were going to happen anyway, because they already looted that CVS before she could have said that, and the bust happened in NYC, you can't forget about that because its important to this. And to me when she said "space to destroy" I took it as a tactical procedure to contain the rioters, not just give them leeway to do whatever they want. To me it worked because the city itself ain't go in flames. In crime, you have to lose some, in order to win some. Its like that in legit business, its called a "loss leader". Its just how life works, at least for those who see the bigger picture.
Also, did you see the report showing it was the governor, not the mayor who fukked up? He took forever to send help, and only did it because he was looking bad on the news. He said even fox was talking bad about him, so he needed action to be done

10 Shot in City In 24 hours In Baltimore
Police in Baltimore report that 10 people were shot in the city in several incidents over 24 hours.
The string of eight shootings reported in locations around the city starting Sunday night included two double shootings about a half hour apart on Monday evening. It's not clear whether any of the shootings are related.
In one case, police said a 21-year-old man was in grave condition after he was found shot in the head. Police reported that another man was in serious condition, but others did not appear to have life-threatening injuries.
On Sunday, police reported two men were killed in separate incidents.
