I have no sympathy for that grown ass coward but truth be told it's aggravated assault at worst. I can't stand seeing shyt like this, hell when I was in high school a dude got stabbed in the neck and died for picking on a kid everyday just because he was bigger than him. I hate bullies with a passion and I bet money that he wouldn't do that to a bigger kid. So whatever the courts decide I can't argue against it but it's truthfully not attempted murder, but he deserves to have his life changed by the court system.

Eh, I'm not sure if that will work but I think understanding has to be at the forefront of people's thought process when we consider these matters. Stop referring to him as an animal and a piece of shyt when he CLEARLY has issues (understandably if you know even an inkling of black history).

I think I'm too empathetic. The fight was over a stolen helmet visor so I naturally assume his parents or someone had to pay for. If his mom had to struggle or even bytched about the cost of football, then automatically in his mind he's associating his belongings as something he needs to take seriously and "protect". People who don't have much or access too much are generally overprotective of it. Again this is just an assumption.

Think about this... He wasn't even 100% sure that the kid stole it. Also think about the fact that he did what he did over a visor... Something about that isn't right at all, seems like he was a powder keg waiting to explode. At the root, I bet he didn't even care about the visor, I've seen and witnessed shyt like that several times. Dude probably has a bad reputation at school already and probably has a shytty life at home, all it takes is one little spark to protect his rep and take out his probable shytty life at home on some undersized kid.
