He needs to be locked up. He shouldn't be charged as an adult. Im really on the fence about attempted murder. It's felonious assault, probably some more stuff related to assault, but attempted murder is hard to justify.

i'm willing to bet he and his lawyer take a plea deal for a lesser charge and he does 5-10 years. because it's just way too risky to go to trial over.

Ol boy who got shaped like a L was talking the most shyt before the fight. nikka was like "Yeah I'm from NY WHATS UP ."

Compare that to the boy who got beaten to a bloody pulp in the video. From what I heard in the video, the aggressor claimed he stole his visor. The other boy said he didn't (correct me if i'm wrong). He didn't even have his hands up. He had no idea he was about to get stole on. The aggressor KOed him on the first punch, everything else was excessive. Especially holding his head up to punch him straight in his nose. After all that, I can't feel bad for the aggressor. The "fight" (technically an assault) was over after the first punch.

What's really wild is that people are calling this a "fight".

This is an attack on a defenseless person who was no threat.
