I don't think the kid is a savage. He's misguided and has no idea how to handle his anger. He beat a kid up. Really bad. Sometimes you get lost in anger and once you get the momentum going on something like a fight (or what feels like a fight) it's hard to stop. He should have handled his anger better. I don't know what type of home he was brought up in, but I have a feeling it contributed to his behavior. He's misguided more than savage.

Misguided is bullying nikkas for their lunch money. What part of the medical condition SEIZURE do you not understand. Do you understand the force required to rattle the brain? The skull tends to be the same thickness regardless of a person's size. So you have to be at the point of wanting to KILL SOMEONE to cause a seizure. Boxers get hit in the head with blunt force trauma every match and they don't fukking have seizures dude. Because the goal of boxing is to KNOCK OUT not to KILL.

"Really bad" is an inappropriate adjective here. How about "HORRENDOUS". He is bleeding from his fukking nose, mouth and eye about 100ml/5 oz of blood on the ground already - AND HE WASN'T EVEN FINISHED YET TILL SOMEONE GRABBED HIM. How many more ml of blood did you want to see exactly before you upgrade the adjective you use to describe the beat down?

I'm well aware of the railroad from black schools and neighborhoods to the prison industrial complex in this country and it's all about dollars for bodies.
I support the archaic drug laws being rescinded and some way of evening out sentencing averages so people of color and poor people don't consistently face the harshest penalties.

that being said this kid gotta do some time. Absolutely savage what he did. He's a danger to others and to himself it's clear by this incident.

regular fights a good portion of us have gotten In, that's part of growing up. This was something entirely different.

I do hope the assailant gets counseling and is rehabilitated but he also needs to be punished due to the severity of his crime.

Hell no. I'm sorry but this wasn't a fight. If the dude was in a fight, as the kid was fighting back, and this happened then I'd definitely be okay with a lesser sentencing. When you don't know if the person who is trying to harm you is still able to fight, it's ok to go overboard.

He SNUCK HIT THIS KID, beat his defenseless ass into a seizure, stopped, saw him seizing and leaking blood, stomped on his head, and then went away. This isn't acting out, stealing some stuff or anything...he beat a kid into a seizure and then stomped on him. That isn't the behavior of a misguided child, it's the behavior of a savage.

Give the kid help in a prison facility where criminals deserve to be.
