This offense is similar to the Bills offense but Kelly's has the x-factor of having a mobile quarterback who can make plays with his legs. This is why I think Vick was all but destined to start once he was hired. Cause I couldn't imagine Foles or Barkley running this offense. I would love to see someone like Cam or Russell Wilson in this type of offense.
