i remember telling this to my nephew a few years back when he was living with me (his mom passed and dad was studying abroad)
a few weeks later, i'm attending a parent teacher meeting.

i remember that meeting vividly cause the other dad had the look on his face the entire meeting. i was doing my best not to

as his guardian i had to beespecially in front of the teachers,but then i took him to his favorite pizza joint!!

Tricky, but you really do take your life in your hands nowadays. I always liked this old Bible proverb. Didn't really appreciate it until I got older and started seeing my peers die over essentially nothing.
