Slug (to himself): “damn breh something ain’t right. Idk if it was that Rodent shyt I’ve been eating or that henny getting to me,but I’m feeling fuccin sluggish as a mothafugga”

:slug finally notices group of kids around him laughing and chilling:

Slug (to himself): ahh to be young. Lucky big ass slugs always seem to be living the dream. DAMN!! My stomach is tight right now smh this ain’t good brehs this ain’t good. I think i caught that. Might have to commit that. Can’t be a gimped up slug after being voted most likely to succeed back in slug school. Lemme find some salt and roll around in that bish and go out like lil slicky”

So he essentially died years ago but parents just won't let him crossover. How selfish...let the man take his death with dignity, keeping him alive in such a pathetic state is some demonic shyt. Dude probably trapped in a small portion of his mind, there is no worst torture than that.

Rugby player who swallowed garden slug as dare fights Australia government over health bills

Prior to this, Ballard’s mother Katie had thought her son as a “larrikin” (hooligan) but “invincible,” that nothing could ever happen to him.

Sam Ballard was a strapping rugby player before the devastating effects of the infection from a garden slug.

While most people develop no symptoms, very rarely it causes an infection of the brain.

Ballard contracted eosinophilic meningoencephalitis, which many people recover from and which he initially seemed to be rallying.

But he then lapsed into a coma for 420 days and became a quadriplegic.

The roughest parts to me were that:

1) He was a rugby player, which is rough enough to get paralyzed from, but a slug is what did him in. His mom reflects on all the times she worried when seeing him take hits while playing rugby and how this could have been avoided.

2) Most people get no symptoms, so he's a rare case and it essentially cost him his life.

3) There was hope at some point, and then it ALL went to shyt. The changes in conversation with the doctors had to be devastating over time. From, "He should be alright. People usually recover from this all the time" to "Things are starting to look better" to "It's day 365....are you sure you want to let him go on? He's already a quadriplegic." :ld:

When I clicked on the page the first thing I saw was his face and i straight up hit the
tenor.gif

It's just the perfect "I fukked up but I'm to fukked up to really grasp how I fukked up so bad" face

Like he is thinking to himself "I know I ate the slug and that was stupid but AINT NO WAY the slug really did this to me...right?"

Sadly...his face telling the story of what he's thinking is even FUNNIER when you imagine hearing it in an Australian accent using Australian lingo
