:heh: The funny thing is carbs aren't even bad for you and you could still lose a shyt ton of weight while still getting carbs in your diet if you just track your cals properly. This is like a classic fake natty bodybuilder saying, "Yep, I made some serious gains, all I did was up my carbs."

What's the Keto diet? I really need to go on a diet

There's a million diets out there but the easiest, no-brainer diet is just eating foods that aren't calorically dense and counting your cals, whether you want to lose or gain weight.

Some of these diets are extremely harsh. I basically did a keto-type diet last year and while I lost a lot of weight, I purged tons of muscle mass even with my protein intake high. You can always lower or increase carb intake but to totally eliminate carbs out of your diet is a recipe to feel lethargic and weak as shyt especially if you're doing strenuous activity. At least for me it was.

This right here , Keto is more beneficial to cats on a cycle. If anyone is thinking about trying it, at least start off with the modified version of consuming 60-100 grams of carbs around your exercising time. So 20-50 before and after training. I tried to go full Keto and felt :flabbynsick:

:ohhh: I just looked at this one and it finally hit me. His delts shrunk to like a runner's size, his biceps look flat, although he's not pumped here n/h, and his entire frame just looks flatter.
