Yeah, I feel like you, @Walt and me were some of the only people that realize most steroids/hgh are used for recovery... which is why the NBA is the perfect sport for its use.

If you're just really overweight, it's up to you. I broke myself completely down when I was like 192 of chunky weight. Cut down to like 148 from just running, weights and counting cals. DIdn't even fukk around with macros all that much. Built myself back up from scratch to about 205, now I'm in the midst of cutting again. I'm at like 188 right now.
