If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
Dudes are in here exaggerating like crazy. :pachaha:

He's not some stick figure now or something.

He needed to drop weight. He became way too plodding in Miami, needing a screen to get around any perimeter defender and shyt. It's a testament to how talented he is that a player that needs a screen to get around practically anyone on the perimeter was as effective as he was. There's no way in hell that Kawhi Leonard is staying in front of '09 LeBron man to man. No way in hell. LeBron will probably never be that "guy" again athletically (i.e. '09 LeBron), but he can get closer to that at 245 opposed to 260 or whatever he was. He also got tired very quickly. He would go hard for a quarter and go on cruise control for the rest of the game, because he couldn't sustain it. I think this will help his endurance as well.

He's a better finisher at the rim now than he was in his Cleveland days; if you couple that with his added maturity, improved shooting and if can regain some of the agility and explosiveness he's lost by dropping some of this excess mass, he's going to be even more of a Minotaur. :banderas:

If you're just really overweight, it's up to you. I broke myself completely down when I was like 192 of chunky weight. Cut down to like 148 from just running, weights and counting cals. DIdn't even fukk around with macros all that much. Built myself back up from scratch to about 205, now I'm in the midst of cutting again. I'm at like 188 right now.
See, I don't understand calories and carbs, and what I'm supposed to/not supposed to consume daily. What is macros? I weigh 200 right now (5'10"). I've never in my life weighed 200. I mean I am really out of shape right now. I really really want to get rid of my stomach, and I don't know how. I hate being this ignorant.

You can find most of this stuff anywhere but this is the baseline a lot of people (including mself) use: Take your weight and multiply that by 10. 200 x 10 = 2000. So just to stay at about 200 pounds, you'd eat 2000 calories. Some people use their body weight multiplied by 12, but sometimes you stall and it's a good idea to reduce the cals by like 10-percent or so.

Anyway, in your case using this formula, If you eat greater than 2000 cals, you're going to put on mass, you eat under 2000 cals, you're going to lose mass. Don't worry about macronutrients all that much if you're goal is just weight loss. FOr overall body composition, just worry about the calories.

So here's an example of what I ate this morning. Two eggs, three servings of egg white, 4 slices of turkey bacon, 2 pieces of 15-grain wheat toast:

In total, thats about 120 + 75 + 120 + 200 = 515 calories with about 40-something grams of protein 40 grams of carbs. I'm at 188 right now. 188 x 10 = 1880. 1880 - 515 = 1365. I have about 1365 calories left in play. If I have calories left over, that's called a caloric deficit, that means I'm not consuming excess calories. The rule of thumb is 3500/3555 calories = 1 pound of fat, so for your sake keep it simple and go with 3500.

If you keep underconsuming calories, over time, you're going to lose weight. The bigger the deficit, the quicker the weight loss, cardiovascular exercise will accelerate this process and help you lose water weight also, but ultimately, if weight loss is the goal, you gotta eat better.

And remember, when you lose weight, you have to recalculate the formula so adjust for the loss of weight, as you lose weight, you're going to need less and less calories for maintenance.

:ohhh: I've never had anyone break it down like that. :salute: Where can I find a resource that gives me calorie breakdowns for common foods? Also what about carbs? I'm fat bc of carbs and sugars from fried foods, bread, and sweets.
