So what im getting from this thread is that Lebron is no longer in his prime...
I've never had anyone break it down like that.
Where can I find a resource that gives me calorie breakdowns for common foods? Also what about carbs? I'm fat bc of carbs and sugars from fried foods, bread, and sweets.

Dudes are in here exaggerating like crazy.
He's not some stick figure now or something.
He needed to drop weight. He became way too plodding in Miami, needing a screen to get around any perimeter defender and shyt. It's a testament to how talented he is that a player that needs a screen to get around practically anyone on the perimeter was as effective as he was. There's no way in hell that Kawhi Leonard is staying in front of '09 LeBron man to man. No way in hell. LeBron will probably never be that "guy" again athletically (i.e. '09 LeBron), but he can get closer to that at 245 opposed to 260 or whatever he was. He also got tired very quickly. He would go hard for a quarter and go on cruise control for the rest of the game, because he couldn't sustain it. I think this will help his endurance as well.
He's a better finisher at the rim now than he was in his Cleveland days; if you couple that with his added maturity, improved shooting and if can regain some of the agility and explosiveness he's lost by dropping some of this excess mass, he's going to be even more of a Minotaur.![]()
