Frankly, Barack...this was a risk you should have been willing to take. Yes, it would have been seen by many on the right as using intelligence for political purposes. But it was the right thing to do, and your presidency is over anyway. This is the sort of thing many point to when they criticize you for being weak. You caved to internal pressure when it came to pulling out of Iraq/Afghanistan. And you caved here, looking for the safe out. And ultimately you bear some responsibility for the way things played out.

Exactly. I have a friend in Indiana who was telling me pence made it a felony for gay couples to apply for a marriage license and he tried to imprison a woman for having a miscarriage.
