I never thought it was Cersei. It doesn't make sense that Cersei would do it. Even though she hates him to a degree, she wouldn't take it to that level....he's still her brother. That wasn't a display of strategic intelligence, all he did was tell a member's of the King's Guard to kill Tyrion on the battlefield. Nothing about that needed planning (at least coming from a king). And it was a stupid plan cuz Tyrion posed no threat to the Lamnister crown.

You're just throwing names out there at this point (as far as Littlefinger), nothing to this point has indicated or even hinted that he had the kind of influence to get a member of the King's Guard to kill the Hand of the King who happens to be the King's uncle. That order would have had to have come from the King or the Queen regent.

To your point, If JOffrey wanted lil man dead...he could have done it fairly easily without trying to disguise it in the fog of war.

Additionally, Baelish has shown a propensity in trying to f over Tyrion (getting the dagger put on him that caused him to get arrested ; marriage to Sansa).

And Baelish has been able to manipulate the King in killing at least one of his whores.

I agree it reads well to say Joffrey planned it, but his MO is much more direct IMO

rob doesn't even know bolton has theon. lord bolton comes in the room with news....


they do try to lead away from the fact it's the bolton's.. but oh well now. lord bolton clearly has some other plans coming. giving up jaime. but keeping brienne. he has to know either jaime will tell about brienne, or robb will find out about both..

and then why he is keeping theon. it's not for robb because he lied and said he didn't have him.. or did his son lie to everyone (like he said, he's a liar) and is torturing him just for fun (like he said he was)

yeah, I think the directors did a great job at that...at the same time giving subtle hints/easter eggs for those who pay attention to banners all the comments about flaying (which isn't even a common word in modern times, so you would have to know what that is).

I really see Bolton playing both sides of the fence right now and I wonder how it will play out, because there's no way he can go back to Rob ....seeing as he didn't tell him about Theon, (someone will eventually spill those beans), he probably burned Winterfell, and now having the Kings Slayer.

The way he did it was easy...He just commanded a King's Guard to do his bidding for him. That's Def his MO. Who knows when the order was given....He could have just commanded it right after abandoning the troops on the battlefield and running back to his chambers.

And LF convincing Joffery to kill a whore (after he's shown a desire to do that already) is wayyyyyyyyy different than convincing him to murder his own uncle. But believe what you want breh
