You got the 102 Raymond Crips, Osage Legend Crips, Tongan Crips and Imperial Village Crips in Inglewood(I think a part of their hood is in Hawthorne.

As for all Crip cities, Long Beach is an all Crip city. I would throw in Duarte as well (Du Rocc Crips). Perhaps Paramount with the Gundry Blocc Crips(if they are still around??). I forgot Harbor City(Harbor City Crips) and San Pedro with the Dodge City Crips. After that, you may need to head out to the I.E., and deal with Riverside(ECBC 1200 Blocc, Casablancas, the City of Colton and perhaps cities like Moreno Valley, Perris, Palm Springs and maybe Santa Ana with the Watergates....

Just google L.A. gang maps which should give you some insight of what hoods are out.

This is why I hate apartments. I mean this dude could save up that rent money for half a year for a down payment on a cheap condo he would own and could avoid this (cheap condo's exist in Inglewood, right?).

I never understood why blacks don't buy the houses in their neighborhoods. I never realized it until I got older, but houses in Southside and Westside Chicago are dirt cheap. I'm talking less than $100k. I know some places are super expensive.q I understand jobs are hard to come by, but you can't get any better than that. That's the perfect opportunity to buy your neighborhood and keep it.

The power to own real estate is right under our nose :jbhmm:

Yep they not realizing that these Developers playing a game with deeper pockets so even if you OWN your property the surrounding area gets boosted because of these developers that gentrify the other places... it doesnt matter if you OWN IT... because the property value skyrockets AS WELL AS YOUR PROPERTY TAXES EVEN IF YOU OWN YOUR HOUSE OUTRIGHT!!! We need to kill off these developers or outright own the politicians who let these developers walk in our areas and build businesses without the area's say so... :stopitslime:

Property taxes also rise despite your pay staying the same. That’s another reason why people leave burbs with high property tax.

This is true but ultimately the bigger issue is that the black LA workforce at large is FAR from being recession proof, in fact it’s the complete opposite. The home ownership rate will be irrelevant if you don’t bring in enough to pay for gas, let alone pay the mortgage.

Breh a cheap condo sounds like a money pit.Because you need to factor in service charge which can increase.And also it might only be available on a leasehold.So you own the physical property but you do not own the land that the property sits on.

You know how you can best gentrifications? Owning your home... then you can tell the developers if they want your property the price of brick just went up.. :mjgrin:
