Yep they not realizing that these Developers playing a game with deeper pockets so even if you OWN your property the surrounding area gets boosted because of these developers that gentrify the other places... it doesnt matter if you OWN IT... because the property value skyrockets AS WELL AS YOUR PROPERTY TAXES EVEN IF YOU OWN YOUR HOUSE OUTRIGHT!!! Breh a cheap condo sounds like a money pit.Because you need to factor in service charge which can increase.And also it might only be available on a leasehold.So you own the physical property but you do not own the land that the property sits on.

You know how you can best gentrifications? Owning your home... then you can tell the developers if they want your property the price of brick just went up..
