With the way metro areas are increasing in traffic white people aren't trying to live out in the suburbs anymore, only to spend an hour in traffic for work Monday through Friday and the Rams game on Sunday.

Stack your money, keep your credit A1, and buy on the upcoming housing dip. Or let the Asians and white contractors buy up all the discounted property like they did during the last recession so you can be a renter forever.

I mean it is what it is but that’s more than double.....don’t LA or Cali Have laws governing rent increases?

U would think that but SF alone have been known for their shady landlords w/ ridiculous rent increases, housing tenants in inhospitable condidtions and trying to bypass notices or make the rules up as they see fit w/ almost no legal action held against them. And if the cases get tried the process is so long and tedious its like why bother if youre an individual

You know how you can best gentrifications? Owning your home... then you can tell the developers if they want your property the price of brick just went up..

My crib in Philly, property taxes went up by a third in a single year for next year.
