I don't know much about So Cal but i've been reading most been moving like an hour outta LA to have comfortable living.

The Seattle area it's getting to be where you need to live in Kitsap, Up in Everett, or Down in Kent/Tacoma to live comfortable(All about 45mins to an hour outta Seattle.


For the brehs who live in Cities without a good transit network it's looking rough

Damn near pretty soon in most major cities you gonna need to be like 30-50miles away..Down in Socal with that traffic 30miles in rush house prolly like 3hrs

If only cities were investing more in transportation none of this would be a big issue.
