What type of weight are you after? Lean muscle or just weight in general?

For actual lean muscle mass Dbol for 6 weeks at 15-25mg will be prefect IMO with a clean diet (Hoping you are starting lean). If you just want to hit that weight, the advice in this thread is prefect.

in that month you will only get 1 lb of lean muscle gains if you progressive overload with lifts and training hard. the other 12 pounds will be fat.


don't do it. that is a lot of fat. don't be stupid. your body will look really bad if you do add those 13 pounds in a month :ufdup:

Creatine adds like 5 pounds easily all you got to do is drink water and it allows you to pump the weights harder too

It seems like milkshakes (1 cup of milk, 2 cups of ice cream, banana, cup of oatmeal and strawberry syrup) made me gain some lbs even though I wasn't really trying to.

I went from 112lbs to 121lbs

I got a fitness bet going with my girl...

She's supposed to get to a certain weight and so am I. I want to get to 160. At my fittest and sexiest I was 153. But 160 is my ideal weight...I haven't been eating well lately and fell to 147...
Gaining weight for no reason is the opposite of fitness

Nah don't blow your money in cytogainer. Not enough protein for the cals IMO.

Right idea tho. OP get you some whey, natural peanut butter, bananas, old fashioned oats and whole milk/skim milk.


Drop in two scoops of whey, a banana, some PB and oats. Blend. Knock those down two times a day you will hit it easy following your normal diet
