If every NFL team played a season with their all-time best roster, who would win the SB?

The Rams. One Superbowl and 3 players from that team in the Hall of Fame. Who before and since. You didn't even put the Steelers on your list. :hhh:
youre right. but pace isnt HOF? Aneas Williams?

steelers i was thinking of mostly old heads like bradshaq who would be trash on offense compared to current legends
but AB, Ben, Bettis, Ward would be enough

damn forgot about Pace and Williams but other than Faulk and maybe Pace can the other 3 be in the argument of top 5 or 10 at their position in history.

I'll take the Vikings against anybody

All Day and the GOAT Moss on the same offense with Fran Tarkenton at QB.:wow:

With Cris Carter, Ahmad Rashad, Robert Smith, Percy Harvin as well:ehh:

Their D-line would be ridiculous John Randle, Jared Allen, Chris Doleman, the Purple People Eaters:damn:

Joey Browner and Harrison Smith at the safeties too:gladbron:

Then again we might miss a FG and blow it or some shyt:martin:

Didn't even mention AP running through nikkas.

Fran
Cris Moss Thelian Diggs
AP
The purple people eaters up front on D
Harrison and Browner in the back.

Marcus Allen is not starting over Bo Jackson and he didn't when Bo got drafted to The Raiders, he got moved to the bench and threw a fit

Look here Bo Jackson is a once in a Generation talent

You trying to tell me about my team who I followed since 84

:whoa:

Breh, I'm in no way trying to shyt on Bo. He's one of my all-time favorite athletes. Shyt, I was just watching Bo Jackson baseball highlights on youtube a few hours ago. But how are you going to put a guy who played 4 seasons over a 15yr HOF career that set a shyt ton of league records when he played if you're compiling an all-time team roster?

And I always thought the reason Marcus Allen had his playing time reduced was because of beef between him and Al Davis. Isn't that why he signed Eric dikkerson in '92? They were two of my favorite RBs growing up. I had my dad buy me a Chiefs Starter Jacket solely because of Marcus Allen when he signed with KC.

You sleeping on the Rams

GSOT is one of the best offenses in football history. You don’t have to add much to put that shyt on the level of an all-time great squad. So beefing up the line and adding dikkerson makes that team insane. And Pace and Slater is the best tackle combination you can assemble on an all time great team. They are both top 10-12 at the position and they can play in any era. Literally no other team can do that.

on defense Donald might be the most dominating defender to ever play and you add Deacon Jones (who I think is second only to Reggie White as a DE) and Jack Youngblood....

that team would cause problems for every squad other than the Niners and Steelers

Merlin Olsen, Roosevelt Grier, Lamar Lundy, Kevin Carter, Leonard Little, Robert Quinn, and Chris Long too. Defensive line rotation would be nasty.

the ether
Coach: Bill Walsh (HOF)

QB: Joe Montana (HOF, arguably greatest QB ever) backed up by Steve Young (HOF, arguably better than Montana)
RB: Roger Craig (only player to make Pro Bowl as both RB and FB)
RB: Frank Gore (5x Pro Bowl and #3 all-time in rushing yards)
WR: Jerry Rice (HOF, greatest wide receiver in history)
WR: Terrell Owens (HOF, #3 all-time in receiving yards and TDs)
TE: Vernon Davis (2x Pro Bowl, 2nd-most TDs by a TE in a season in NFL history)
LT: Joe Staley (6x Pro Bowl, 3x All-Pro, future HOF)
LG: Mike Iupati (4x Pro Bowl, 2x All-Pro)
C: Jesse Sapolu (2x Pro Bowl, 2x All-Pro)
RG: Guy McIntyre (5x Pro Bowl, 3x All-Pro)
RT: Bob St. Clair (HOF, 5x All-Pro)

Offensive line was hard as hell - had to leave Forrest Blue, Harris Barton, Randy Cross, Leo Nomellini, and Larry Allen (had a Pro Bowl year with the Niners) off the list. They easily could be an elite line on their own.

DE: Justin Smith (5x Pro Bowl, 5x All-Pro, Defensive Player of the Year)
DT: Leo Nomellini (HOF, 10x Pro Bowl, 9x All-Pro)
DT: Bryant Young (4x Pro Bowl, 4x All-Pro)....he can have Defensive Player of the Year Dana Stubblefield backing him up
DE: Fred Dean (HOF)
OLB: Charles Haley (HOF)
MLB: Patrick Willis (7x Pro Bowl, 6x All-Pro, Butkus Award, future HOF)
MLB: NaVorro Bowman (3x Pro Bowl, 4x All-Pro, Butkus Award).....he can have Ken Norton Jr. backing him up
OLB: Dave Wilcox (HOF)
SS: Ronnie Lott (HOF, arguably greatest defensive back of all time)
FS: Merton Hanks (4x Pro Bowl, 4x All-Pro, defensive back of the year)
CB: Deion Sanders (HOF, 1 year but that was one of his best years on the field so we taking that shyt)
CB: Jimmy Johnson (HOF)

Niners got arguably the best coach, QB, WRs, DBs, and are super solid everywhere else. And most of those guys have lots of Super Bowl winning experience too.

We taking that shyt. :banderas:
