Cosign. I was tryna get my dad to keep his contractor business going after he retired with me managing as some side shyt. But he's one of them I gotta be hands on cause my name is on the line ass nikkas :aicmon:
But there's a grip of money to be made out here, especially seeing as the average person cant do shyt with their hands no more
I be watching them home remodeling shows and seeing the simple shyt they call in professionals to do
Like strip wallpaper off the wall :aicmon:
Big burly, NFL linebacker looking cac, I'm like you cant do that shyt yourself? :dahell:

your dads a piece of shyt for that.

it's best to go join the union, do the apprenticeship, make money while you learn, then work at first. Some unions you have to wait a while though

Because of my job, I interact with construction workers every day, so naturally i ask them about their rates and shyt. Some eat my soul.

Steel workers making over 50 and change an hour, with double for overtime

Tile and floor guys making 50.45, with double for overtime.

Electricians making bank with overtime; one time this guy said he had a 1k day because it was a saturday, and all ot.

Laborers make 38/hr with time and half OT. On Sundays, and holidays, double.

The tradeoff for the high wages is that work can get scarce at times though. I know electricians also have a mandatory 10 week furlough.

I gotta make some moves :wow:

:why: Man my shytty ass state doesn't hardly even have unions on top of just passing legislation that effectively keep contractors from having to abide by any labor agreements from unions participating in public projects. General laborors here are LUCKY to be making 15.00 an hour :smh:

Now u kno ima need u to explain :francis::feedme:

AT&T technicians get PAID, and all you have to do is pass a pretty easy test and have customer service experience.

its a great time to get in on this now especially at AT&T since they have acquired directTV. here in the southwest region our union contract ends in 2016 so they are expected to give a sizable pay bump on the next contract.

brehs are already making 70K+ that are at top pay. bout to :eat:
