So a guy who's era seen nearly record low ratings, buyrates and general pop culture interest irrelevancy is more popular than Randy Savage or Warrior?

C'mon, son , don't let those emotions blind reality :francis:
they talk about how popular he was but tell me, why couldn't he be a part of an era that dug wrestling out of the gutter like how hogan and savage did? Or Austin and rock? or hall nash and hogan? Why would a #4 OF ALL TIME not be a part of growing the business like andre the giant or ultimate warrior or sting or piper?

its unarguable. This is the worst thread of the day easily.

Savage vs Steamboat is widely known as one of the greatest matches ever so hes more than flashy gear and Slim Jim commercials and is definitely more popular than Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan was hot for like a year or two son

When he was teaming with Kane nobody gave a flying fukk about Daniel Bryan

Dont ever disrespect the GAWD Macho GOAT like that
full

But when fans had to choose, they chose Hogan. those cheers went to boos real quick. Im not sure D Bry could turn heel and turn those cheers to boos.

and when he turned face again, people in the crowd legitimately CRIED tears of JOY :heh:

people chose hogan because hogan was the biggest wrestler of all time....already at that point...nobody was going to be chosen over hogan, even savage

They cheered Hogan over the Rock too so by that argument I guess Bryan more popular than Rock too huh:comeon:

Ric flair? Mick Foley?
FOLEY? Are you serious? You think he's on the Macho Man's level all of sudden? And Flair was never bigger than Savage either..he was a big deal down south for a minute but that didn't translate over too well in the WWF even though he had some funny ass storylines. The scheme with Ms. Elizabeth and Heenan being such a mark for him.

define popular. im talking crowd reaction. I'll give you Goldberg but that's WCW.
Goldberg had one good year of popularity but he drew big for a little while. Which puts him over Bret and Michaels instantly really. Warrior was very over but he was in and out after a certain point. And he didn't draw as much as he should have considering how crazy the crowds were for him in 1990.

Height for height? We ain't NEVER seen anyone as over except for 3 SOLID NAMES easily. When he was teaming with Kane, they had fans booing face teams every week. KOFI AND TRUTH being the prime example since that's who they won the titles from in tweener mode.

He wasn't the cause of that..anything goes right? Cena gets the credit. Anything goes wrong? No one is good enough. Something you see every goddamn week...you still letting Vince stooge you like this is the You Screwed Bret situation all over again? LOL.
