His metabolism and genetics prolly just has him at that level. If he doped up and maintained an obsessive gym routine, he could prolly slim down and bulk up, but I can’t see how that benefits him when his natural look is fine and he makes money off of it anyways. I’m also of the belief that the size he’s at now is comfortable naturally to be able to do most of what he does in the ring which is pretty flexible still.
