Replace Warrior with Austin...
If Austin isn't in your top 5 then I take issue with your list. Austin was better than Savage, and it's hard for me to say that because neither WWE nor WCW used him to his potential.
Austin was so good that he superseded the booking.
WCW never wanted to push him yet he put on fantastic matches as a tag wrestler and US Title holder.
In WWE they held back his push as long as possible. That's one thing that people forget. He feuded with most of the top guys before he got the strap. Nowadays they try to "protect" their future stars.
I'd build my list around Hogan, Flair and Ausitn.
And as much as I appreciate Bret, Savage and Shawn, they are relative greats.

I'm not sure this is fair and accurate.
Saying that WCW never wanted to push Austin is not true.
And how could you say WWF held back his push when he debuted as the million dollar champion.
There is really a thread in TSC asking if Austin is top 5 all time...
In no particular order I'd say
Rock
Austin
Hogan
Macho
Undertaker
In no way, shape or form does Warrior crack the top 15-20.
My top five:
1. Rock
2. Austin
3. Taker
4. HBK
5. Macho
HM: Flair, Andre, and Hogan.
Undertaker
Stone Cold
The Rock
John Cena
Brock Lesnar
Hulk Hogan
Macho Man
Kurt Angle
Big Show
Batista
Batista is a better version of Warrior and Big Show is much more entertaining than Andre, who is remembered more for his size than his talent. Big Show's had a 20 year career of consistently being at the top.
1. HBK for sure lock as GOAT
2. Austin
3. Rock
4. Angle
5. HHH or Taker or Punk
That's not fair to FlairBret
Rock
Austin
Taker
Macho

They viewed him as a mid-carder, particularly after the Outsiders invasion. At the time the World Title was laced up between Flair, Sting, Steamboat and Van Vader.
WCW didn't groom any of the younger talent for the belt.
