I think that's exactly it, Philly is a fukking dumpster fire that seems totally disorganized and is just a bad environment for young players. It's telling that Noel wanted out of there so badly, that Porzingis refused to work out for them, and that Simmons was at one point trying to dissuade them from picking him.
I hope he can somehow finds his way to the Spurs before it's too late. Pop could resuscitate his career and have him playing solid defense.

Watch basically everyone else on the court (Holmes, Saric, McConnell, Covington) and tell me they arent trying and havent improved. Dude is a lazy bum, just like he was at Duke. People have to get out of their mind that this dude was a number 3 pick and had number 3 talent, he never did. Hell, Derrick Williams was number 2 overall, sometimes everybody misses in scouting......
