Oh boy here go. It's about decision making. Talent is here. It's all about getting a good coach. They made poor decisions with hiring Nolan and Singletary. I think people give Harbaugh too much credit. He inherited a talented team and did what he was supposed to do for three years which is win.
You think Eddie D aint consulting these fools? No way he didn't tell them to pick up Harbaugh. He will tell them the next coach to get. So fukk Harbaugh Walmart ass.

Right, cuz if it were that simple, and the all knowing Eddie d is still calling shots, then there is no reason we went through erikson, Nolan, and singletary....gtfo. Our ownership is cheap and has always been questionable (the Yorks). They have a poor record during their tenure with the team, I have very little faith in them, especially because it seems like the next person needs to be ready to be baalke's bytch.

Do you know anything about the 49ers? Apparently not. All those coaches you named except Singletary were when the Yorks(Parents) were feuding with Eddie D. They didn't want his help. When Jed the son took over, he made the mistake of hiring Singletary. He then definitely had to reach out to Uncle Eddie . You got to be a damn fool to think they got Harbaugh on their own. All of them were clueless.

Um, every team looking for a coach was interested in Harbs At that time, regardless of if Eddie did say go after him...which they were going to do anyway, he was the first name thrown out when we got rid of singletary...that doesn't mean we have some new coaching insight on our side. Going after one of the most sought out candidates isn't some novelty. Furthermore, if Eddie truly had the level of pull you're asserting he does, he tells Jed how to mend that relationship the same way he had to back in the day. Again, the York rule of this franchise has been quite questionable, so miss me with this shyt like I should have some blind trust in them.
Sorry if I'm not the type to forget damn near a decade of being a bottom dweller after three years of success on some "fukk him...we can do this shyt again, it's nothing to a boss"...

I can really tell you are a young buck. You don't know Eddie D at all. Eddie had beef with Walsh and that was one of the main reason he stepped down and Seifert took over. The LAST THING Eddie D would say is mend things with Harbaugh when the fact is he is a royal douche that is hard to work with. He wouldn't cater to Harbaugh's funky ass. They can get another coach that can do well with the talent we have. Harbs did a shytty job this season, by not taking over for Roman's bad play calling. Krapernick didn't help, but the plays were bad.
You know this is the same Eddie D that fired Marc Trestman bum ass during a press conference. I will never forget it wihen the reporter asked about him. Eddie D said "He's GONE" Wait you wouldn't know that, you were in romper room then or maybe not even born

its simple as that. Mooch was running low on Seiferts baggage and that team was about to retool anyway after TO left, Garcia released, Hearst retired, Bryant Young and the dominant oline
that team was talentless in 04 and the vast majority of assets it picked up because it had to go through dark years. foundation isnt built overnight. Erickson sucked but to be fair, team with a bit of talent was mediocre in 03, and in 04 without talent it imploded
each stage past Erickson was a rebuilding phase. we whiffed on a qb badly but we got our RB and we built a 3-4 defense under Nolan we're still enjoying to this day.
Singletary sucked, but he instilled toughness in this team, pulled VDs head out of his ass and we got a dominant oline for near 3 years.
we've gotten the biggest talent pool since Seifert this year, and all we finna manage is likely a 8-8 record, same as with mike singletary few years back.
the way I see it, there is very little to no chance of repeating the dark years, simply because too much talent. this offense is already at its lowest point.

our top WRs are young and dumb lloyd and cedric wilson
our oline doesnt have a single probowler on it. as a matter of fact the ONLY pro bowler on offense we have is our fullback (1 time)
beasley, eric johnson and lloyd are the only even passable players on the offense
defense is a bit better but still bad
andre carter is kind of a bust
plummer is a bust
bryant young is
derek smith is blind (literally !)
ulbrich is meh
the only passable players on defense are peterson (hurt), tony parrish and maaybe spencer
I can list the 2014 roster but yall know it well enough I hope. its not even comparable. at all. current roster has several all-pros and hordes of pro bowlers.

All points you listed proves my point. Harbaugh inherited a talented team. We wen through so many bad players and magically started lucking up in the draft to build the team we have today. The key is to get a good coach. Any good coach would have this team rockin.

it isnt binary. each 'mistake' was a step leading up to harbaugh. without talent and foundation accumulated under each mistake there would be no harbaugh.
without nolan making a 3-4 D and getting justin smith here. without iron mike making VD playing like a leader, without iron mike making baalke draft bowman, without nolan getting pat, etc, etc.
you view it was a kind of a random number generator without any dependence. we rolled bad numbers with previous coaches but we rolled a good one with harbs
it isnt like that. just isnt like that.
I can cut dora a bit of slack tho, cuz Harbs is literally her coach (her college).

Im not disagreeing with you. I think harbaugh is a good coach overall but hes lost this team offensively and seems very stubborn about improving the offense. I think we'll be at least ok with this roster.
Im ok with harbaugh being let go. NFL is a business. I was ok with letting mooch go too. all Im saying that I think harbs >>>>> mooch and we'll have waay more talent to work with after
