YOU DUDES KILL ME WITH THIS shyt.
CLEVELAND WAS GOING NO WHERE FAST WHEN BRON CAME BACK...
YOU REMEMBER DION WAITERS?
THEY WERE GIFTED JR, SHUMP AND MOZ...
THEN THEY TOOK OFF.
KYRIE AND TRISTIAN
WERE THE ONLY ONES ON THE ROSTER
FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR
BY THE TIME THE PLAYOFFS STARTED.
STOP ACTING LIKE THAT nikka
DONT HAVE TO REVAMP ROSTERS
TO FIT HIS STYLE.
YOU CANT JUST PUT HIM ON ANY TEAM
AND MAKE THEM CONTENDERS...
EVEN MIA HAD TO RAMP UP THE ROSTER AFTER SEASON 1.
What the hell were JR, Shump, and Mosgov doing before Lebron? They were bench pieces on lottery teams, but with Lebron they pull starter minutes on championship contenders?
To have success, Bron needs shooters around him, so GMs do not add unnecessary ball handlers and play makers to surround him. This is the reason his teams go to crap when he leaves. I am not saying he is not a first ballot hall of fame player, but his value to a team is amplified when his GMs decide to sacrifice ball handling and play making ability for shooting when surrounding him with talent. Similar to the Steve Nash effect, where the value is multiplied due to the way teams are built around him.
Explain to me what the hell a team with Kyrie/JR/Shump/Jefferson/Love/TT is missing, specially.
A team with a ball-dominant point guard and someone who can handle the ball at 4 out of 5 positions ain't losing because the GM didn't get enough ball handlers.
They just aren't good enough. It ain't like the pieces aren't there. There's enough ball handlers, shooters, rebounder, defenders in that mix... They just ain't good enough.
Its not really debatable...bron has pretty much always been surrounded with shooters
You mean other than 2003-2012 and 2015, right?
The only years Lebron had legit shooters at multiple positions were 2013-2014 and 2016. But he's made 5 finals, and won one, on teams with below-average three-point shooting skill.
Farmar and Fisher are "shooters"..?
The dumbasses here have listed Delly, Bosh, Shump, and Liggins as shooters surrounding Lebron.
Fisher is a HOF shooter compared to that crew.
