What bothers me is the fact that black artists often skip Black award shows like BET Hip Hop or Soul Train but yet break their neck to go to the VMAs and Grammys inspite of the fact that they don't even respect hip hop. i knew rap was a wrap when they slowly but surely weeded all the real niccas out of power by the mid-00s and almost all of them completely out the game by the time the late '00s came around. and its no coincidence that the dark ages started then.
