Mac and Cheese. Baked, Creamy, or Both? #Poll

Do you like your Mac and Cheese baked in the oven with it's golden brown exterior, an ooey gooey cheese pull, and crispy corners awaiting, or creamy and indulgent, made on the stove stop with a homemade roux, no eggs required.



Honestly it doesn't matter to me I'm in love with Mac and Cheese it's in the top 3 of my favorite foods next to pizza.



I know a lot of people like to eat Mac and cheese primarily as a side dish but I can eat a plateful or bowlful by itself and call it a night.

To me Mac and cheese is a meal of it's own and doesn't necessarily need a protein or veggie to side with it.

I prefer baked hands down... but the creamy version is good for certain meals...

I make mine with a roux then put egg yolks in my sauce then bake. I made it once with the breading on top. It was trash.
