Yeah if football is his passion then it shouldn’t matter what league he’s playing in. At the end of the day he got paid, spread his message and could make decent money/play the game he loves.

You'd think Hov would recognize a set up when he sees it. Maybe he was in on it. No footage and the ability for anonymous sources to claim Kaep looked terrible would be the end of his chapter. They had to pay him millions of dollars so do you honestly believe they would look out for his best interest in ANY scenario, including a workout in the middle of a season that's more than half way over? The difference is that the NBA wasn’t colluding against Melo like the NFL is with Kaep.

The NBA wasn’t holding shady workouts to make it look like Melo couldn’t play anymore or wasn’t committed to playing in the NFL. Not saying he shouldn’t be in the NFL but they’re making him jump through hoops just to get a tryout.

If his passion is football it shouldn’t matter what league he’s playing in. The CFL isn’t an insult by any means.
